A third-generation tea merchant wanted their tins to feel as considered as the leaves inside them, without losing the warmth regulars already loved.
Forty products, three sizes of tin and a shop that had grown one label at a time. Nothing quite matched, and the best teas were the hardest to find.
We built a quiet system around a single round seal. Each blend gets a colour from the same rosewood family, and the tins carry almost no text at all.
The new range launched in spring. Repeat orders rose in the first season and the shop now restocks by colour rather than by label.
